The staff - accommodating and welcoming. Outstanding and spotless room with a laptop-compatible safe, multi-channel television and a microwave. Brilliant, favourable setting next to City center, a nice lively area in the evenings, a great restaurant.

Very comfortable building, efficient staff. Has modernly furnished and functional rooms as described. The garden view here is splendid. Though the area is seemed to be unfriendly, the place is close to restaurants and the main attractions and a church. I tried Chinese meals in outdoor restaurant, located nearby.

Liked the place, it had fantastic staff and atmosphere. The property was located near Soportales Tapas, where we had lunch. Parking was paid...

The bedroom was great, everything was clean and the staff was VERY HOSPITABLE. The bed was fine and reasonably large. Modern, modern bathroom. Lovely communication, convenient check-in. Almost everything was wonderful, the location of the apartment was just off - bars and City center, nevertheless the area was extremely busy.

It took me 15 minutes to walk to barrio santa cruz. Friendly staff, keep it up. For a cup of coffee visit dessert restaurant Helados Rayas, located 500 feet from the apartment.
